Sculpted and painted in Zbrush, did a quick texture pass in Substance painter for the roughness map.
Hair, beard and fur were made in Blender with geometry nodes.
For the armor I just did a rough sculpture in Zbrush and used a few triplaner materials in Marmoset, didn't want to spend too much time on it.
